The Democratic Party of Sandoval County will host its April First Friday Meeting featuring Billie Helean as the headline speaker. Billie is an active Democrat, and has taken on Republicans in campaigns. So, come and hear from one of the leading educators, union organizer, and Democrat in the county. Billie Helean is a champion for educators and students alike. As the President of Rio Rancho School Employees Union, she has been a driving force for positive change. With her dedication to teaching for nine years, she has gained an invaluable insight into the needs of our community, educators, and students.
