As you are likely aware, three presumptive cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been identified in New Mexico, and Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has issued a Public Health Emergency.
As the Governor said, it is time for all New Mexicans to come together and help protect our communities. We should not panic, but there are common sense precautions that we can take to minimize contact and limit the spread of this virus, including “social distancing” and limiting events and community-gathering.
Along those lines, we will be cancelling our campaign “Kick Off” scheduled for 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., this Saturday, March 14, at Tractor Brewing. Instead, please join me at 3 p.m. on Facebook live at www.Facebook.com/KatyDuhiggForNM, and we’ll kick off this exciting effort digitally.
