State Senator Antoinette Sedillo Lopez
Senator Antoinette Sedillo Lopez became the State Senator for NM Senate District 16 in 2019. Antoinette is a long time community leader focused on the critical social, economic, environmental, and civil rights issues affecting the lives of all New Mexicans. She is a clear-cut progressive who was backed by the Justice Democrats for this seat in 2018. A former law professor, she has been a staunch advocate for Medicare For All and the Green New Deal.
State Representative Malanie Stansbury
Melanie Stansbury has spent her career working to protect our lands and water and address the issues facing our communities. As someone who born here and grew up in a working family in Albuquerque, Melanie knows what it means to struggle to make ends meet and knows the urgency of bringing real solutions to help our families.
