Homewise and the City of Rio Rancho are partnering to help Rio Rancho homeowners make needed repairs with an interest-free, deferred home improvement loan. If you qualify for the program, you can get up to $25,000 in a deferred and forgivable loan to cover heating/cooling, plumbing, roofing, doors, windows, stucco/siding, electrical, and other major components.
