Precinct 132 Newsletter – November 10, 2020 – When the four of us agreed to form the Precinct 132 Committee, things were much different.

When the four of us agreed to form the Precinct 132 Committee, things were much different. For starters, we were a different precinct number encompassing other neighborhoods in Bernalillo and Rio Rancho.

We were looking forward to going out and registering voters. We were planning events in our homes to allow you to meet and speak with the candidates. We were excited to get to meet you, talk about this critical election, and encourage everyone to vote.

Well, we all know what happened, and our focus had to shift dramatically. We truly hope we have been able to give you helpful information regarding voting-by mail or in person, and help you learn about the local candidates running for county and state positions. These positions are as important as the national races as decisions made in our county and state can affect us more directly than those made in Washington, D.C.

We plan to send you occasional emails when events warrant, and we are always interested in hearing from you. We will also continue to post items of interest on our Precinct 132 Facebook page.

Like you, we are looking forward to kinder and better days ahead.

We thank you for voting. Together, we proved the power of the mantra, “When Democrats-Vote Democrats Win.”
